No, to give the most accurate and best price we must see and walk the property in person.

On weekdays (Mon-Fri) we will start as early as 7:00am & on Saturdays we will not start before 8:00am

No, but please have all pets secured and areas of service accessible.

That depends:

  • For individual services over $500 we require a contract and scheduling deposit.
  • For services under $500 we highly encourage but do not require contracts 
  • Seasonal/Yearly contracts are not required, but they are available for better prices.

 

The purpose of our contracts is to communicate clearly:

  • Work expectations (Scope, Timing, Price) 
  • Pre/Post service instructions 
  • Service specific & General policies/procedures 

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. There will be a processing fee applied to card payments.

If payment isn’t collected upon service you will be billed via email and will have ten days to pay online or via the mail.

Service will be stopped until payment is made.

Your services will be pushed until a later date. You will NOT be charged for work that is not preformed.
